Refund policy
This policy covers coins and VIP bought on askflag. It does not affect rights you have by law.
Coins you bought
- Unused coins can be refunded within 14 days of the purchase. Write to support@askflag.com from your account's verified contact with the purchase date.
- Coins you have spent are not refundable: they are digital content supplied at once at your request. If you live in the EU or the UK, you agree to that immediate supply when you buy, and you accept that your right to withdraw ends for the coins you use.
- Coins spent on an offer come back automatically when the post closes without anyone being picked.
VIP
VIP days start at once and are not refundable after they start, except where the law requires it.
Free coins and views
Welcome coins, referral coins and views have no cash value and are not refundable.
Payment problems
Charged twice, or charged and nothing arrived? Write to us and we fix it. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5-10 business days.
Deleting your account or a ban
Ask for any refund you are due before deleting your account: deletion ends all balances. If we close an account for a serious breach of the terms, coins bought are not refunded except where the law requires it.
